How we work

A simple, repeatable process: audit first, agree on priorities, onboard properly, then deliver every week with reporting you can read in minutes.

Our approach

Three things we hold to

  • Audit before advice

We look at the store before recommending anything, so the plan is built on what is actually there.

  • Priorities, not a wish list

Everything we find is ranked by impact and effort. The first weeks go to the changes that matter most.

  • Work you can see

Every week ends with a written report. You should never have to ask what we have been doing.

Step by step

From first call to weekly delivery

  1. Step 1: Free audit call

You share your store and what is bothering you. On a 20-minute call we review it together and agree what matters most.

    • 20 minutes
    • Live account review
    • No obligation
  2. Step 2: Written scope

We agree which services are in scope, what the first month covers and which numbers we will watch.

    • Scope
    • First-month plan
    • Agreed measures
  3. Step 3: Access and onboarding

You add us as a user with limited permissions and share what we need: supplier files, brand guidelines, margins.

    • User permissions
    • Files and guidelines
    • Kickoff
  4. Step 4: Weekly delivery

Work ships every week against the plan, followed by a report and a re-ranked list for the week after.

    • Weekly work
    • Written report
    • Next priorities

Your side

What we need from you

To do good work, we need

  • User access with the permissions agreed in the scope. Never your owner login.
  • One person on your side who can answer questions and approve changes.
  • Accurate product information, margins and any brand guidelines.
  • A reply to the weekly report when a decision is needed.

FAQ

Process questions

What do I get from the free audit?

A free 20-minute call where we review your Amazon or Shopify account with you and point out what we would fix first. You can act on it yourself, hand it to someone else or ask us to do the work.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on how many tasks are involved, how well they are documented and how quickly access is granted. The timeline is written into the scope before we start.

Is there a minimum contract?

It depends on the scope. Project work has a defined deliverable, while ongoing management is a recurring monthly engagement. The terms are written down before work starts.

What if my priorities change mid-month?

Tell us. The plan is re-ranked every week anyway, so new priorities move to the top and something else moves down. If the change is bigger than the agreed scope, we say so before starting.
